1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Virtual Rides, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the website.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 13 years old.
Participants under 18 may require parental consent.
Only registered users may submit entries.

3. Competition Rules

Each monthly competition will follow these guidelines:

You must use the official OEM stock image provided.
The base vehicle must remain recognizable.
Submissions must be original work.
AI-generated full replacements of the base vehicle are not permitted.
Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
Multiple entries per user may be limited.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules.

4. Voting Rules

Voting is open to registered users (or public users, if applicable).
Automated voting, bots, or vote manipulation is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to audit and remove fraudulent votes.
Final decisions regarding winners are at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Participants retain ownership of their submitted designs.
By entering, you grant Virtual Rides permission to display and promote your work.
The original OEM vehicle image remains the property of its respective manufacturer.
Virtual Rides does not claim ownership of the base vehicle imagery.

6. Prizes

If prizes are offered:

Winners will be notified via email.
Failure to respond within a specified time may result in forfeiture.
Prizes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
Virtual Rides reserves the right to substitute prizes if necessary.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining account security
All activity under your account
Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

Virtual Rides is not responsible for:

Technical errors
Website downtime
Lost submissions
Unauthorized access
Disputes between users
Participation is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time without prior notice if terms are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of updated Terms.
